The whole experience was of being welcome, easy to ask questions, helpful, and efficient.
Reception excellent.
Nursing staff friendly and helpful

Being a NHS patient I was treated exactly the same as a private patient. Also big thanks to Nicole who sorted and chased up my referral when it went missing.
